1. How do I make a referral?
Referring is easy, simply visit share.vonage.com/refer-a-friend and register for the program. Then, login and begin submitting your referrals.
You can choose to share via email, social media, or just provide the company contact information and our expert sales team will call them directly!
2. How long does it take to receive my reward once my referral signs up for Vonage Business?
The Reward issuance process begins following the third consecutive month Vonage receives full payment from the Eligible New Customer; provided that the Eligible New Customer’s account has been active and in good standing for at least ninety (90) consecutive days and you have provided your current W9 or W8BEN form..
It can take an additional 4-6 weeks to receive your reward in the mail once eligibility is determined.
It can take an additional 30-60 days to receive your reward once eligibility is determined.
Once your referred account meets the eligibility requirements Vonage will send an email requesting your W9 or W8BEN (approximately 90 days after activating Vonage service)
3. When is a referral deemed ‘eligible’ for reward payment?
You may be eligible to earn your reward when the business you refer becomes a Vonage Business customer and remains in good standing for at least 90 days.
4. How much do I earn for my referral? (or how is my reward amount determined?)
Rewards will be calculated based upon the number of lines, hosted seats or unlimited or metered extensions priced $19.99 or above activated or installed by the Eligible New Customer 90 days after activation. You will be rewarded via secure physical Visa rewards card, sent to you via standard USPS. You will have to activate the card using details you entered in your secure W9 submission process to activate the card, ensuring the security of your reward.

5. How can I receive my referral reward?
Rewards will be issued via personalized physical Visa gift card.
6. Do I have to fill out any other information in order to receive my referral reward?
Yes, a valid and complete W9 or W8BEN tax form must be completed and submitted before a reward can be issued.
In the event that a W9 or W8BEN tax form is not provided within 30 days of your referral becoming eligible, your Reward may be forfeited.

7. Will Vonage contact my referral directly?
Yes. Your Personal Referral Link you were given when you registered as a new user, will appear in (1) the referral email that is sent to each person you refer and (2) in the information that is sent to your friend when you share the referral offer through Social Media. The link is also available to be copied from the Ready To Refer page.
8. Who can I contact if I have a question about my rewards?
You can check the status of your referral by clicking the Check Referral Stats and Tax information button once you’ve logged in to your referral account at share.vonage.com/refer-a-friend.
